These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "you") and Nusa188 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") concerning your use of the Nusa188 website accessible at nusa188.cam and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered through the platform (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing or using any part of the Nusa188 platform — including browsing, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or claiming a promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Nusa188 platform and, if applicable, close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — a personal member account created by registering on the Nusa188 platform, which grants access to betting, gaming, and transaction services.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a Member's Account at any given time.

• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document submission, age verification, and source-of-funds checks.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the functional currency of the Nusa188 platform.
• "Platform" — the Nusa188 website, any related mobile-optimised web interface, and all associated features and services.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which use of the Nusa188 platform is illegal, restricted, or requires a licence not held by the Company.
• "Real-Money Funds" — deposits made by a Member using approved payment methods, excluding bonus credits.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

To register and maintain an active account on Nusa188, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Nusa188 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to open an account, deposit funds, or place bets. This age minimum applies without exception.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf and for your own personal use.
• You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through the Nusa188 responsible gambling tools or through any third-party gambling self-exclusion programme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of Nusa188 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) active account only on the Nusa188 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update this information if it changes.

KYC Verification: Nusa188 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of the payment method used (front of card, screenshot of e-wallet, or bank statement)
• Source-of-funds documentation for deposits above specified thresholds

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days may result in restriction of withdrawal rights and, if unresolved, account suspension. Nusa188 will not process withdrawal requests on accounts with pending or failed KYC verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any secondary authentication credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. By using the Nusa188 platform you agree to use the Services solely for their intended purpose — lawful recreational gambling and sports betting — and in accordance with these Terms. Your access to the platform is personal and non-transferable.

You further agree that you will not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its servers, or any related systems or networks
• Use any automated tool, bot, script, or third-party software to interact with the platform in a manner not expressly authorised by Nusa188
• Exploit technical errors, game malfunctions, or pricing anomalies for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void
• Engage in any form of collusion with other players, match-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets have been placed
• Use funds derived from illegal activity to fund your account
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Nusa188 platform

All financial transactions on the Nusa188 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Nusa188 supports the following approved deposit and withdrawal channels:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Bank Transfer / Online Banking: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX
• Cash Deposit: 7-Eleven CLiQQ
• Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC20 (minimum USDT 20; credited at prevailing exchange rate at time of confirmation)

Funding source restriction: Members may only deposit using payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits — including payments made by another person on your behalf — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Nusa188 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Anti-money laundering: Nusa188 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Unusual transaction patterns may be reported to the relevant authorities. Members must not use the Nusa188 platform as a mechanism for moving or layering funds derived from illegal activity.

Nusa188 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before any derived winnings become withdrawable. Requirements vary by promotion — examples include 10x, 18x, and 35x rollover. Always check the promotion details page.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted single bet is typically MYR 300, unless otherwise stated. Placing bets above this cap while using bonus funds will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward clearing a wagering requirement. Slots generally contribute 100%; live casino table games typically contribute 10%–20%; specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses must be used within the stated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from crediting). Expired bonus balances will be forfeited without exception.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be utilised at a time per account unless otherwise specified. Claiming a new bonus while a prior bonus is active may result in the earlier bonus being voided.
• Abuse and Collusion: Nusa188 reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus, winnings, and account balance if there is evidence of promotional abuse, coordinated wagering, arbitrage behaviour, or any activity designed to exploit the terms of a promotion.

All bets placed on the Nusa188 platform — whether on sports markets including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, or UFC, or on casino products — are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is confirmed only once the platform has issued a written confirmation (on-screen receipt or email). Verbally communicated or implied bets have no standing.
• Nusa188 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started where the bet was accepted due to a technical error or data delay.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the contractually agreed odds for that bet, unless the bet was placed during a period of clearly erroneous pricing (palpable error / "palpable error" rule), in which case Nusa188 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability and connection integrity. Bets placed on live markets during interruptions caused by connectivity issues on the Member's end will be settled at the accepted odds where confirmation was received by the platform.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules published in the platform's Sportsbook Rules section.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as streamed in real time. Nusa188 does not influence the outcome of any game.
• In the event of a discrepancy between on-screen data and the Company's server-side records, the server-side records shall prevail in all disputes.

Nusa188 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable and controlled form of entertainment — never a financial strategy or a coping mechanism.

The following tools are available to all Members at any time through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in MYR. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss over a defined rolling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when a defined play session duration has been reached.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders of time spent and net position during a session.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the stated minimum period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Nusa188 platform. Nusa188 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts and forfeit balances where any of the following is identified, with or without prior notice:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Operating more than one account, whether personally or through a proxy, nominee, or associated person
• Using another person's payment credentials to fund an account
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt influence over sporting events
• Systematically exploiting bonuses or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including coordinated group wagering and bonus harvesting
• Using automated tools, bots, or AI-assisted interfaces to place bets or interact with the platform in an unapproved manner
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes without first following Nusa188's formal complaints resolution process
• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct directed toward Nusa188 staff or other Members
• Laundering, concealing, or misrepresenting the origin of funds

All content on the Nusa188 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of Nusa188 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes as expressly permitted by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any intellectual property rights upon you.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the platform without the prior written consent of Nusa188.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nusa188, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Business interruption or loss of business opportunities
• Any loss arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or payment processing delays not within Nusa188's direct control

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your account in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, personal injury or death resulting from negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Voluntary closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of pending bonus requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and outstanding transaction clearance.

Involuntary suspension: Nusa188 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without notice, where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, or money laundering activity
• The Member is found to have breached these Terms in any material respect
• A Member is identified as being under 21 years of age
• A Member is found to have provided false information during registration or KYC
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the Company to restrict or terminate the account
• The Member's jurisdiction is determined to be a Prohibited Jurisdiction

In cases of involuntary termination for breach of Terms, Nusa188 reserves the right to withhold any bonus-derived balances and winnings. Real-money deposits less any applicable deductions for investigation costs may be returned at the Company's discretion following completion of any compliance review.

Nusa188 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify active Members via on-platform notification or email.

Your continued use of the Nusa188 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

We encourage Members to review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates. The current version of these Terms always supersedes any prior version.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable international online gaming regulatory framework under which Nusa188 holds its operating licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunal as designated under the Company's licensing framework.

Nusa188 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of the Member through our internal process, escalation options will be communicated in writing.

Nothing in this clause shall limit a Member's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in their jurisdiction of residence.
